Affordable prices, no complaints whatsoever. Spotlessly clean hotel with great amenities. Very friendly and genuinely helpful staff of the property.

Spotlessly clean, hip new hotel, I loved well-equipped and brand-new rooms and very amiable staff. The location was decent, near Azuma Inari Shrine. Moreover, it was close enough to Shimbashi Station or Ginza Station, Shiodome and a Vietnamese beautiful restaurant.

We did not want to leave there and would definitely come back there. We liked this brand-new hotel.

Unexpected burn and unaddressed worry

The location was ideal, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The staff at the reception were also quite courteous.

I experienced a troubling incident with my facial cleanser after cleaning services. It left my skin burning, and my concerns went unacknowledged by the hotel.

got well-equipped and brand-new double room with 2 single beds when arrived, loved that. very good service offered in this hotel. the location was convenient and best possible, very near the main ginza shopping street. what's more, it was not far from the shopping area of ginza as well as about 10 minutes walking distance.

Oh, where do I begin with the flavors around Remm Plus Ginza 🎉 I snagged some mouth-watering sushi at Umegaoka Sushino Midori Ginza, and the rich curries at Annam Indian Restaurant were next level! Plus, the staff were super friendly and helped with everything, even finding my lost power bank! Can't forget the massage chair in the room for those long days exploring!

Now, a tiny hiccup! Earplugs are your best friends here!

The shower left much to be desired-the grime in the corners was unacceptable, and the smell of sewage wafting through the common areas certainly didn't help my stay. Rooms feel cramped, lacking any view or privacy, and breakfast options became monotonous after days of sameness. Cleaning every three days doesn't cut it, especially when I had issues with cleaning products potentially ruining my personal items. For the price, I expected better upkeep.

The décor is modern yet cute, and I appreciated how accessible the general areas were for seniors. The massage chair in my room was an absolute treat after long days of exploring.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed my three-night stay despite some drawbacks. The area is a bit far from tourist attractions, but if you explore, there are charming local spots. Don't miss the nearby restaurants offering delicious local cuisine! Request a room with a view for a better experience.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from both Shimbashi station and the vibrant Ginza shopping area. I particularly enjoyed the really good rain shower in my room, which was perfect after long days of exploring. The only downside was the lack of blackout curtains, which made it a bit difficult to sleep with the light streaming in at night. Still, the overall experience was quite enjoyable, especially for shopping and proximity to attractions.

The location is convenient, with major shopping areas and great ramen spots just a five-minute walk away. The double room is clean, and the massage couch was a nice touch. My first room faced the highway was great. Thankfully, staff were accommodating and moved me to a quieter room the next day. The lack of dining options on-site was noticeable, as I had to rely on nearby stores instead.
